On June 6, 2005 the 61st commemoration of D-Day took place at Utah Beach. It was a cold an rainy day but that was no problem for the officials. |

The representatives of the Allied Countries (r) held their speeches, mainly in French, so the present easy Company veterans did not understand a word of it. They listened patiently till the ceremony was done and boarded the bus numb. No one complained though. |
